DEPOSITS
Deposits are required for ALL hair extension services. The deposit is due in advance of your appointment confirmation. Deposits can range from $100 to half the price of service depending on extension method. No appointment will be confirmed unless the deposit is paid prior to your desired appointment date.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are non-transferable.
**I understand that things happen (emergencies etc.) Deposits for properly rescheduled hair extension appointments will only be held for 5 days. If you do not reschedule within the 5 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are required to be made at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance of your appointment date. There is a $25 fee up to amount of service for Cancellations made after the 48 hours. There will be a fee of $40 up to the amount of service added to your next appointment if you fail to cancel your scheduled appointment.
